Dog Recall Training

Every Monday @ 7:00pm (Daylight Savings Only)

Book Here or Contact Us for more information.

Having a reliable recall is imperative for your dog. It is the most important behaviour you will ever teach him. It can actually save his life one day.

In this 3 week class, I will teach you the steps of recall. The aim is for your dog to come every time you call him, no matter what distractions there are. You will learn how and when to use the command “come”, how to motivate your dog to come each and every time you call him, and how to build a reliable recall in the real world.

While training and proofing a reliable recall is an ongoing process, the classes will give your dog and you the foundations necessary, to have an excellent recall.

Each week is designed to incrementally increase the level of distractions and distance until your dog is returning to you enthusiastically, all whilst ignoring treats, toys and other dogs.

We endeavour at the end of the three week course to have a reliable recall where both you and your dog are comfortable to go out and continue to enjoy the wide open spaces knowing that you have the ability to have him/her return to you safely.
